PanPan Cosmetics reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of incorrect pricing, stock errors, or other justified reasons. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice. If the order has already been paid for, the amount will be fully refunded to the customer’s account as soon as possible.
Prices, Taxes and Fees
All prices on our online store include VAT and are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are added at checkout and also include VAT. Invoices are issued with VAT.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped within Iceland using Dropp delivery services. Shipping cost is calculated and shown during checkout. All orders are processed on the next working day after payment has been confirmed. Deliveries are handled by Dropp, and their terms regarding shipping and responsibility apply. PanPan Cosmetics is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit after the product leaves our warehouse. The buyer assumes responsibility for the product once it has been shipped.
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Returns and Exchanges
According to Icelandic consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 business days of receiving the product.
This right only applies if the product is unused and in its original, unopened packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened cosmetics. A proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns. Returns must be initiated by contacting us via email at office@panpan.is within 14 business days of receipt. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Returns must be sent by post to the address provided via email. We do not accept in-person returns. Refunds are issued via bank transfer for the product price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned product and verify its condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at office@panpan.is. Include a photo and a detailed description of the issue to help us assess the problem. We will replace the damaged or defective product at no additional cost or offer a full refund if replacement is not possible. Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 business days of receiving the product. We are not responsible for damage caused after the product has left our warehouse, including during transit. However, we will assist with claims if the damage is reported promptly and documented properly.
Warranty
Cosmetics are consumable goods and do not come with a standard warranty. Any factory defects must be reported immediately after delivery.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All customer data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., with delivery services such as Dropp).
