How to use:

As the cleansing shampoo for hair is gentle on the skin, and at the same time contains soothing, protective, and irritation-relieving ingredients, it can be used even more than once a day - after a workout, running, pool, or other physical activity. 
Comb your hair thoroughly first. Foam the shampoo in your hands and apply it to the damp scalp. Expect a good amount of velvety foam. Massage for a moment with your fingertips and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For even better cleansing and volume, try a double wash.
