Which menstrual cup size is right for you?

• Small – best suited for medium flow, teenagers, and people with a petite body build who have not given birth.
• Regular – a good choice for heavier flow, people with a larger body build, those who have given birth, or who have weakened pelvic floor muscles.

A pleasant-to-the-touch, breathable cotton pouch for storing the cup is included in the set.

• Before first use in a given cycle and after your period ends, sterilize the cup by boiling it in hot water or washing it with dedicated cleaning products designed for menstrual cups.
• To insert the cup, place it in your hand and fold the top, for example into an S-shape or C-shape (you can try different folds and choose the most comfortable one). After inserting it into the vagina, the cup should open and gently adhere to the vaginal walls.
• Between uses, rinse the cup with cold water and wash it with a mild cleanser, such as an intimate hygiene wash.
