Say goodbye to chemical materials that may cause vaginal dryness and painful periods. Avoid hygiene products bleached with chlorine and made from cotton grown using pesticides. Replace plastic applicators and synthetic fibers with absorbent tampons made from organic cotton. Choose a healthier option for your body.

The naturally white color of the tampons comes from bleaching the material with hydrogen peroxide – not chlorine. Each cotton tampon is wrapped in a biodegradable and compostable protective layer.

1. Wash your hands and choose a comfortable position (standing, squatting, lying down – whichever you prefer). Unwrap the tampon and gently pull the string to make sure it is securely attached.
2. Hold the tampon, gently separate the labia, and insert it into the vagina with a slow, gentle motion. Push it further using your index finger. The tampon is inserted correctly when you can no longer feel it.
3. Tampons should be changed every 6–8 hours at most, always washing your hands beforehand.
